Board Members
Michelle has two children in the lacrosse program, Ava (2026) started in our youth program in 4th grade and is now a sophomore playing for our Girl's High School team , and Lucas (2029) now in 7th, started his lacrosse career in 2nd grade. The past few years I was a part of the Board as the operations manager for the entire Association, and I look forward to my new role as the SLA President. In my professional life I own my Interior Design company. Go Mustangs!
Betsy's been dedicated to Strongsville Lacrosse since 2011, boosting the girls' program and cherishing its growth. From coach to Vice President, she's juggled multiple roles, focusing on schedules, fields, and partnerships within the community. Her daughters, Samantha and Lilly, share her passion for lacrosse, with Lilly playing for Strongsville High School and Maxim Lacrosse. Betsy's also the Parks and Recreation Commissioner for the City of North Olmsted.
Tammy has two children that play for the Strongsville. Carter (2027) is in his fourth year, and Leighton (2029), is in her second year. Her whole family is invested in the program and are determined to see its continued success. This is her first-year with the Board and is responsible for group communications as well as player recruitment and retention. In her professional life, Tammy is a Medical Device Representative.
Andrew is the head of the Lacrosse Director for the boys program in Strongsville. He is the head of all the youth coaches as well as being the head coach for the boys high school team.
A Level 3 certified coach with 9 years of experience under my belt, I've helped lead Strongsville to NOLL Championships. For 4 years, I've volunteered my time coaching high school lax, and the past 2 years have been an honor serving as assistant coach for the nationally ranked Maxim 2026 Navy Team. Seeing my family and other youngsters thrive in lacrosse fuels my dedication to the game.
