Indoor Waivers

Indoor sports look different this year impacted, like everything else, by the pandemic. These two waivers are new this year and are required to participate in indoor activities. This first one is about infectious diseases and the role parents and players play in keeping everyone safe. The second provides indemnification for accidents and injuries that could happen while we are using the indoor facilities.
